What we collect

The only personal information this website collects is what you enter when you request a demo:

• your name, work email address and restaurant or business name
• your country
• if you choose to provide them: your phone number, website, number of locations, the topics you’re interested in, a message, and your preferred contact method or time

Why we collect it

We use your demo request only to respond to it and to follow up with you about ConversioX.

Where it’s stored and who processes it

When you send a demo request, it goes to the ARIMEX server and is stored in the ARIMEX database. Both the website and the database are hosted by Railway, in the United States. Your request is available to the ARIMEX team, who handle ConversioX demo requests.

We don’t share demo requests with other third parties.

How long we keep it

Demo requests are normally kept for up to four months and are then deleted automatically. We may keep specific information for longer only where there is a legitimate need to — for example, if you become a customer or ask us to keep in touch.

Cookies and analytics

This website doesn’t use cookies, analytics or third-party tracking, and it doesn’t store anything in your browser. Fonts and images are served from this website itself.

Technical information

Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information — such as your IP address and the pages requested — in server logs, which are used to run the service and keep it secure. Your IP address is also used briefly to limit repeated form submissions; it isn’t saved with your demo request.

Security

Information you send is encrypted in transit (HTTPS), and access to stored demo requests is restricted to authorised administrators. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Your choices and requests

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it before the four months are up. Email us at the address below and we’ll respond to your request.

WhatsApp, phone and social media

If you contact us on WhatsApp, by phone or through Instagram, we use what you send only to reply to you. Those messages are also handled by the platform you choose (for example WhatsApp or Instagram, both run by Meta) under its own terms and privacy policy.

What this policy doesn’t cover

This policy covers the ConversioX website only. It doesn’t cover the ConversioX assistant that restaurants use with their own guests.

Changes to this policy

If we change how this website handles personal information, we’ll update this page and the date above.
