What ConversioX is

ConversioX is an AI customer assistant for restaurants. It answers guest questions from your restaurant’s own information, guides reservation requests, captures order requests and points guests to your team when a person should help. It doesn’t take payments, manage table capacity or integrate with POS systems as standard.

Using this website

You may use this website to learn about ConversioX and to request a demo. Please don’t try to disrupt it, access parts of it that aren’t public, or submit automated or false requests. Product screenshots show a demo business with sample data.

Packages and fees

• Packages are priced per month in US dollars: Essential $80, Advanced $149, Pro $239. Custom requirements are quoted separately.
• Essential, Advanced and Pro each have a 3-month minimum commitment; fees for those three months are payable in full.
• Billing details are set out in your proposal. What happens after the first three months is confirmed with you separately.
• ConversioX does not impose a monthly conversation limit. AI model, WhatsApp and other third-party usage remains subject to the pricing, usage and limits of the connected providers.

Your restaurant’s information

You provide the menu, hours, policies and other information the assistant answers from, and you’re responsible for keeping it accurate and for having the right to use it. It remains yours.

The assistant is set up to answer only from that information and to say so when it doesn’t know, but AI answers can occasionally be wrong. Your restaurant stays responsible for its own menu, allergen information, prices and decisions, and your team confirms every reservation and order request.

Intellectual property

The ConversioX and ARIMEX names, this website and its content belong to ARIMEX. Third-party images are used under their licences.

Liability

This website is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses caused by relying on general website content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the date above shows when they last changed. Changes don’t alter a proposal you have already agreed.
